TRYOUTS

AACS will be holding tryout evaluations during the month of August for some of the final spots left on our Competitive teams.  If you are brand new to cheerleading and want to learn some cheer and tumbling skills to get ready for High school cheer then we have teams for you.  If you have advanced tumbling skills we also have advanced cheer teams where you can excel and grow your tumbling skills into our level 4 & 5 teams.

WORLDS 2010

AACS SR HEAT SM Limited COED- was a finalist at the Cheerleading worlds.  Congrats!

We are so proud to make finals at the cheerleading Worlds.  Winning this event is not the focus for majority of the coaches and teams that attend the Cheerleading WORLDS.  But to make finals is a goal for most teams.  What is important is to be in an arena with so many outstanding cheerleaders and coaches.  We do not focus on what we place but to be there and take part in this event is ALWAYS a TEAM GOAL.  We made FINALS and were so proud to be in the top teams performing at WORLDS!  The talent was amazing as always!

SR 5 attended Cheer Sport in Kansas City and were Grand champs and High Score of this event.  They also were high score at UPA and missed the paid bid by .06.  They had a fabulous year in 2009-2010 and we look forward to another successful year in 2010-2011 season.  We still have a few spots opne on our Worlds team so please call to set up an appointment if interested.  We are looking to fill our final spots with talented boys or girls who can perform a full twisting back flip and have a standing tuck as well.

DANCE / HIP HOP classes and teams now forming - come on wed Aug 11 or 18 to try a class for $10.  Time: 5-6pm in the summer and learn some dance moves to make you stand out at your next school dance or party.

SPECIAL NEEDS- If you have a child with special needs that wants to cheer please give us a call as soon as possible.  We will add them to our list and call you in the fall for first practice times and a schedule.

AACS cheer is known in the Cheer industry as one of the top cheer programs in the Midwest and KC area.  Many of our AACS teams have won many National titles locally and nationally and we have teams that have been to WORLDS the past 3 years. 

Come see why AACS Cheer is newest and nicest training facility in the KC area.  Head Coach Christy Cowell Rinkol has over 25 years of Cheer experience and is well known in the Cheer industry and she works with all teams in the gym.  She then assigns other staff members to help coach each team as well as JR staff members to assist those coaches.

We have all levels of teams from beginner to advance.  Some travel more than others and some stay local only with 1 travel trip.  You will find out more information on travel and cost depending on what team you are placed on after evaluations.

We at AACS cheer are dedicated to give each cheerleader the BEST cheer experience possible!  Many cheerleaders have been around for 6-10 years.  We strive to get to know each individual and help them strive to reach their goals as well as learn the concept of TEAM WORK and be the best they can be on competition day.

Welcome to All American Cheer & Stunt, Kansas City’s premiere Cheerleading, Dance & All Star Cheer Program!   We are conveniently located off Stateline Rd so we are close to both Kansas and Missouri cheerleaders interested in cheerleading.   Please take some time to check out our programs by clicking on the links above. 

We are starting our 10th year at AACS Cheer.  AACS Cheer is known as one of the top All Star cheer programs in the Kansas City area and midwest states winning numerous Regional & National Championship titles.  Too many coaches think it’s all about winning championships and the number they have won.  We do enjoy winning too; however, at AACS Cheer we feel there is more to cheerleading than that.  It’s about teaching the cheerleaders life lessons and helping them grow up.  The mission of All American Cheer & Stunt is to teach and demonstrate important life-skills to your children.  Our goal is to build self-confidence & self-esteem in your child, while motivating them to reach their athletic potential in the sport of cheerleading.  We also encourage teamwork and create a fun atmosphere that respects the diversity of each individual.

AACS All Star Cheerleaders participate in several local, regional and national competitions throughout the year.  These events allow our cheerleaders to showcase their talents and compete with other top cheer programs around the nation.

Some of the Cheer Competitions that we have attended and have won National and/or Grand Champ titles are:  Athletic Championships, COA, WSF, NCA Daytona, Nations Best, KC Christmas Celebration,and more,...

The name "All Amercian Cheer & Stunt" as well as "AACS Cheer "are the property of AACS Cheer, LLC. and are protected under law.  Permission is required before anyone  may sell any product that uses or displays our name and logo.  No one should produce anything with these words without the owners permission.

Sportmanship is very important to AACS.  Please be considerate to all teams and athletes during competitions and practice.  This includes the internet & face books.  Anyone who behaves in a negative manner in and out of the gym that the coaches and team members feel is inappropriate may be asked to leave our program.

We strive to keep all of our staff USASF certified.  Injuries do occur and AACS will not be liable for any expenses rising from injuries or illnesses resulting from participation in our program.  We ask that every athete have their own insurance coverage to defray any medical expenses that may occur and you must sign a medical release.  

AACS will be closed on all major Holidays and during Blue Valley Spring break week.

Other extra practices may be added or cancelled at the coaches discretion.  Gym fees are not based on number  or length of practices in a month.  Hours for competitive teams may vary from 4-6 hrs per week.  In the summer we focus on tumbling,stunting and conditioning. 

Choreography-  All Music, dances, cheers, stunts & ideas that are shown to our athletes during practices are to remain confidential and should not be discussed, taught, or given to others outside the AACS program.  The coaching staff and Choreography staff puts a great deal of effort into creating original material and this should not be shared with friends, or parents in other all star programs.  We ask that they do not use any of our material for school teams as well as talent shows, etc,..
